Privacy Policy
What this website handles, why it is used, and how to contact us about your information.

1. Who we are
ZanFulfill is operated by Wuxi Er Yizan E-Commerce Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact Lz534782977@gmail.com.
2. Information we use and why
We collect the contact and business information you provide, including your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website, sales platform, product details, quantities, destinations and notes. We also retain your inquiry reference, submission time, source page, follow-up notes and status, and notification delivery records. We use this information to assess your requirements, prepare quotes and follow up.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use your details and messages to respond. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
4. Services and international processing
We use Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Resend for inquiry notifications, Google Gmail for email, and Google Ads for consent-based advertising measurement. Notifications include the contact and inquiry details needed for follow-up.
Our primary inquiry database is hosted in the EU. Information is also accessed in China and processed by our providers internationally, including in the United States. EU database hosting does not mean all processing occurs in the EU.
Google’s privacy policy and transfer framework govern Gmail; WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply.
5. Retention and your rights
We retain information only as needed to handle inquiries, support business relationships, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. We review records regularly and delete or anonymize information no longer needed.
Contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction or portability and complain to a data protection authority.
Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law.
We handle requests manually, may verify your identity proportionately, and respond within applicable legal deadlines. We explain any retention requirements or limitations. Any retained backup copies will be restricted until replacement or deletion, and relevant privacy decisions applied before restored data is used.
6. Where EU or UK data protection law applies
Where these laws apply, we use information necessary for steps you request before a contract with you, or to perform that contract. For contacts acting for a business and for website security, we rely on legitimate interests in responding to relevant inquiries and protecting the service, where your rights do not override those interests. We also retain information where a specific legal obligation requires it. Advertising measurement relies on consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
