Plan what moves next.

Storage is one part of the work. The value is keeping the goods, stock information and next release connected.

Receive & check

Know what has arrived.

Receive goods in China, check quantities and compare the goods against confirmed requirements. Differences are flagged so next steps can be agreed before affected goods are released.

Organize & account

Keep stock information useful.

Organize goods for their agreed storage and release arrangements. Check stock information against receipts and outbound movements, with inventory updates shared through an agreed method.

Replenish & release

Connect inventory to the next order.

Review what needs restocking, confirm product and quantity requirements, then coordinate incoming deliveries or the next handover.

FROM STOCK TO DISPATCH

One stock base.
Two ways to move.

Choose the outbound work around the order—not a new storage arrangement for every destination.

Explore all FAQs
Can you receive products from my existing suppliers?

We can discuss receiving goods sourced through your existing arrangements. Confirm the products, quantities, supplier delivery and receiving requirements before the handover. Purchasing through ZanFulfill is not required for every project.

How will I receive stock updates?

We check inventory information against receipts and outbound movements. The update method and service scope are agreed for your setup, so you can coordinate storage, replenishment and the next release of goods.

Can one stock arrangement support individual and bulk orders?

Yes. Stored goods can feed customer order fulfillment or be prepared for a bulk shipment. The products, quantities, packing and handover requirements are confirmed for each type of work.

How are storage arrangements and costs confirmed?

Share what will arrive, the quantities to hold and the expected outbound work. Your quote confirms the receiving, storage and release scope, applicable arrangements and costs before the handover.

What if quantities or products do not match?

We check the difference against the confirmed requirements, review the relevant records and coordinate next steps with you and the relevant parties. Affected goods are held while the issue is resolved before dispatch.
