HOW WE WORK

Clear decisions.
Connected execution.

A working plan for your products, stock and orders. We agree the scope, confirm the details and keep responsibilities clear from first contact to follow-through.

Start with what you know. No booking, registration or store connection is needed.

A shared plan.
Clear confirmation points.

The work follows the services your business needs. Each stage clarifies what you confirm and what our team advances.

  1. Share Your Requirements

    Your part
Share your products, quantities, destinations and the support you need. Include existing supplier, stock or order arrangements where relevant.
    Our team
Our reference standard for the first human reply is within 24 hours. We identify suitable options and missing details before preparing a final quote; complex projects may need further review.
  2. Review the Quote & Plan

    Your part
Review the proposed scope and quotation. Tell us what needs adjusting before proceeding.
    Our team
We work through product requirements, the services involved and quote conditions, so you know what is included, who is responsible and what happens next.
  3. Confirm & Prepare

    Your part
Confirm the specifications, applicable samples, packaging, stock or delivery requirements relevant to your project.
    Our team
We arrange the preparation your work needs and resolve open questions before the next stage. Product and order requirements stay connected to the agreed plan.
  4. Execute & Follow Through

    Your part
Review updates and confirm any decisions needed as the work progresses.
    Our team
We carry out the agreed sourcing, development, warehousing, fulfillment or bulk-shipping work. Our team follows progress, checks records and moves exceptions forward with the relevant parties.

Before dispatch

We check products and packing against your confirmed requirements and applicable approved samples before dispatch.

If something does not match, we pause the affected items before dispatch, explain the issue and agree and carry out a solution with you before shipping.

When the error is ours

If an incorrect or damaged item is confirmed to have resulted from an error in our sourcing, inspection or fulfillment process, we take responsibility and arrange a reshipment or refund, as appropriate.

Shipping or carrier issues

For shipping delays or carrier-related damage or loss, we check shipment records, investigate the issue, coordinate with the relevant parties and keep you updated. The resolution depends on the verified circumstances and applicable arrangements.

Other supplier or quality issues

For other supplier or quality issues, we verify the cause, coordinate with the supplier and relevant parties, and work toward a resolution.
