Working together · Practical guide

A clearer handover starts before stock moves.

Moving to a new sourcing or fulfillment arrangement involves more than sending goods to a different location. Make the current position and the next responsibilities clear before the handover.

For sellers with orders, stock or supplier relationships already in place.Updated 23 October 2026

Start with the goods and orders you have now.

Review the products, supplier availability, stock location and order volume. Separate stock already available from products still being purchased or prepared. Include recurring quality, preparation or shipping issues you want to address.

This provides a practical starting point for deciding the next scope. A transfer is not assumed to be instant or interruption-free; its timing and conditions depend on the actual situation.

Products
Current specifications, variants, references and applicable approved samples.
Stock
Where the goods are, the quantities available and who can coordinate the handover.
Orders
Current order volume, destinations and any work already in progress.

Carry the product requirements into preparation.

Confirm the product and packaging requirements before moving goods into a new preparation flow. The team needs to understand what should be checked and how the customer’s order should be packed.

Keep the approved sample or confirmed specification connected with the product it describes. If a requirement has changed, clarify it before the affected work begins.

  • Product identity, variants and quantity requirements.
  • Applicable samples and the checks agreed for the product.
  • Protective packing, brand labels, inserts or other agreed materials.
  • Destination or receiving requirements that affect preparation.

Agree how order information reaches the team.

Order information from stores and sales channels is shared using an agreed method. Confirm how product details, quantities, packaging and shipping requirements will be provided for the chosen setup.

Multiple stores and channels can be discussed. Do not assume a specific app, automatic inventory sync or one-click migration: the method and responsibilities need to be clear for your operation.

Confirm scope, cost and responsibility before proceeding.

The next service scope, applicable costs, responsibilities and any stock-transfer arrangements are confirmed before the handoff. This separates tasks that remain with an existing supplier from the work ZanFulfill will carry forward.

Where details are unclear, keep them visible for review rather than treating the handover as complete. The point is a usable plan for the goods and orders involved, not a promise of zero disruption.

The service scope
What the current partner retains and what ZanFulfill will handle.
The goods and stock
Product identity, quantities, location and receiving arrangements.
The order method
How product, order, packing and destination information is shared.
The next action
The responsible contact, outstanding requirement and agreed handover step.

Keep one clear path for questions and exceptions.

ZanFulfill’s China team connects purchasing, product requirements, preparation and shipping follow-up. Before dispatch, affected goods are paused when a mismatch is found so a solution can be agreed and carried out.

For confirmed errors in our sourcing, inspection or fulfillment, a reshipment or refund is arranged as appropriate. Carrier delays, damage or loss are investigated with the relevant parties, with resolution based on verified circumstances and applicable arrangements.

Share your current products, stock and order setup to begin. The initial discussion can establish the next information needed without requiring a completed migration brief.
